We set our standards high! If our clients are happy, our job is done, but it’s only just beginning for our candidates. Most stick with us as their career develops, and we’ve seen people go on to become partners in their firms, which then turns them into our clients! It’s an exciting progression.

Candidates can feel free to chat with us about everything they dislike or even detest about the role they’re in and the firm they represent, but ultimately, we’re not here to just listen. We’re here to turn things around for you. We’re about empathy, not sympathy, and we only work with candidates who are more positive about a progressive move elsewhere, rather than purely focused on making a mad dash for the door at their present firm.
